Choosing the right design for your new home is a truly collaborative process and our experienced designers can guide you through all the available options, including internal and external features and fixtures.

We will present you with a range of designs that suit your particular taste, budget and lifestyle needs. Everything from the interior design and colour schemes, to the materials used on the external facade, and the driveway and landscaping.

Our architects and project managers will work with you to create design sketches of your custom home, including your floor plan, home layout, structural features and interior design.

This is truly a creative partnership and your finished designs will evolve along the way until you are 100% happy.

Once you have agreed on the designs, we will provide you with a contract that includes a complete breakdown of building costs and milestones for your new home. If everything meets your requirements and the contract is signed, a deposit will then be required before the build begins.

Because we take care of everything at SK Homes, we will then manage all of the necessary planning and building approvals to get your home build started as soon as possible.

We will lodge applications and permits with the local council and keep you up-to-speed on the entire process.

Once contracts have been signed and the build is underway, your dedicated Project Manager will be there every step of the way to ensure your timeline goals are met and everything is properly managed, including all on-site tradespeople and suppliers.

We will arrange regular site visits for you to see the building progress and provide any feedback on changes or improvements.
